Community Collaboration
CJAM FM 99.1 — Community Radio
Janaine is a volunteer at CJAM FM 99.1, Windsor's community radio station, where she co-hosts two programs that reflect the same values behind My Social Spark.
Longe de Casa, hosted alongside Dani, is a Portuguese-language show that brings Brazilian culture to Canada through music, stories, and honest conversations about identity and life abroad. It's a space that celebrates where we come from while building community where we are.
Jams & Gems is an English-language show dedicated to introducing Canadian listeners to music they might never discover on their own — a curated journey through sounds that connect, surprise, and expand horizons. Both programs are an extension of what drives us: the belief that culture is one of the most powerful ways to create real connection across borders.

Beyond cultural initiatives, My Social Spark is committed to community work that reflects what we believe in, that real impact starts with understanding people.
Through Oh.TDAH, a Brazilian Portuguese–language initiative led by Janaine, we reach a community of over 340,000 adults navigating life with ADHD and neurodivergence. The project offers free, science-backed content on executive function, daily strategies, and identity, making reliable information accessible to anyone who needs it. For those looking for deeper support, Oh.TDAH also offers structured courses and mentoring programs.
What started from a personal experience with late diagnosis has grown into one of the largest ADHD communities in the Portuguese-speaking world, built on the same principles we bring to every partnership at My Social Spark: clarity, trust, and the understanding that sustainable results come from genuinely knowing the people you serve.
