All materials, strategies, templates, and processes developed by My Social Spark remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b. Client Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to us.
c. Delivered Work
Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
6. Payments and Fees

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services often involve third-party platforms (e.g., social media networks, advertising platforms).
We are not responsible for:

Changes in platform algorithms or policies

Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans

Platform outages or technical issues
Your use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship.
This obligation continues even after the termination of services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., follower growth, engagement, revenue)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 3 months

11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
