Challenge

Many small business owners and independent artists rely on local events as a primary channel for exposure, customer engagement, and brand building. The challenge was to support event promotion in a way that remained accessible, community-oriented, and effective, while respecting the realities and constraints faced by local entrepreneurs.

Strategy


My Social Spark approaches this collaboration with a focus on authenticity, consistency, and community connection through strategic event coverage. Rather than applying generic promotional tactics, our role is to capture and amplify the stories, products, and energy of the local businesses participating in The Pop Yard events, using media and interviews to create visibility that feels genuine and aligned with the community.

Working closely with The Pop Yard, My Social Spark supports the initiative through strategic event coverage. This includes on-site media capture, vendor interviews, and storytelling that highlights participating businesses and key moments, helping to extend visibility beyond the physical event space.
